On our journey through life, we meet a few people who don't just become friends or acquaintances, but are someone special whose love and strength changes us in positive ways. Len Rosenthal was such a man in my life. He was a man who stood tall among all men. Not because of earthly successes, but because of his Love and Compassion for others, his Faith and Dedication for the Lord and his attention to his Responsibilities. He had a balance, seeming always to keep his Family, his Faith and his Vocation in their proper proportions. He was an example to all that knew him. Yesterday, I had the honor of being present with his family at the moment of his passing. I was there when Our Lord ended his struggles and took him home. Certainly there was sadness and grief, but there was also rejoicing. Leonard Rosenthal now resides with Jesus, of that I'm sure.
